What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Launch Execution Dashboard, Launch Execution, and Setup. Launch Execution Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Launch Execution is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Launch Execution for project, task or milestone, owner, status, priority, due date, blocker, and completion; keep controlled owners, statuses, and working rules in Setup. Launch Execution calculates Remaining work as MAX(1-Complete,0). The dashboard counts work, averages completion, surfaces priority and blocked rows, and links its review rows directly to the working sheet.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Launch Execution Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
Keep sensitive records out of the workbook
Keep confidential customer and unreleased product details at the minimum level needed by the team using this planning copy. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
