What is in this workbook?

This workbook has three sheets: Dashboard, Workstreams, and Setup. Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Workstreams is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.

How the workflow and formulas work

Use the editable workstream rows for initiatives, owners, status, priority, completion, next milestones, and notes; maintain engineering categories in Setup. Dashboard counts workstreams, averages completion, counts high-priority rows, and counts blocked or at-risk rows. Workstreams calculates gap to complete with MAX(1-Complete,0).

How to use it in Griddy

Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.

Keep sensitive records out of the workbook

Use issue IDs and technical summaries rather than secrets, credentials, or customer data in task notes. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
