What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Agency Coverage Dashboard, Agency Leave, and Setup. Agency Coverage Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Agency Leave is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Agency Leave for employee label, role, client coverage, start and end dates, requested days, status, approver, handoff owner, allowance, used days, and remaining balance; use Setup for coverage and approval rules. Requested days uses MAX(End-Start+1,0), and remaining after request uses MAX(Allowance-Used-IF(Status="Pending",Days,0),0). Agency Coverage Dashboard counts requests and pending rows and sums requested and remaining days.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Agency Coverage Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
