How the workflow and formulas work

Use Clinic Initiative Plan for task, operational initiative or department, owner, status, priority, start date, due date, dependency, completion, remaining work, and review signal; use Setup for statuses, review cadence, and safety rules. Clinic Initiative Plan calculates remaining work in column J as MAX(1-completion,0) and produces a review signal in column K for blocked, overdue, or completed work. Clinic Initiatives Dashboard links the portfolio totals and priority review rows.

How to use it in Griddy
