What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Business OKR Dashboard, Business OKRs, and Setup. Business OKR Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Business OKRs is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Business OKRs for objective, function, key result, owner, baseline, target, current value, measurement direction, confidence, status, and next action; use Setup for the planning period, scoring method, and review cadence. Business OKRs calculates direction-aware baseline-to-target progress in column I and labels each row Complete, At risk, or In progress in column K from progress and confidence. Business OKR Dashboard averages progress and counts Complete and At risk rows.
