What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Dashboard, Launch Timeline, and Setup. Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Launch Timeline is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Launch Timeline for task, owner, Depends on, start week, duration, completion, status, remaining days, and week 1–8 timeline cells; use Setup for dependency and timeline rules. Dashboard counts tasks, sums remaining days, averages completion, and counts In progress rows. Launch Timeline calculates Remaining days with MAX(Duration*(1-Complete),0) and marks each timeline week when it falls within the task window.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
