What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Coverage Dashboard, Crew Schedule, and Setup. Coverage Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Crew Schedule is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Crew Schedule for crew ID, trade or role, job site, certification, Mon–Sun shift codes, calculated weekly hours, and coverage status; keep shift and review rules in Setup. Coverage Dashboard totals weekly hours, listed crews, covered sites, and coverage-review rows. Weekly hours counts non-OFF Mon–Sun cells and multiplies them by the workbook's eight-hour shift assumption.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Coverage Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
