What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Pipeline Summary, Leads, and Activity Log. Pipeline Summary is the quick-review surface, Leads is the editable working log, and Activity Log holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Leads for program fit, source, stage, owner, estimated value, last-activity date, calculated age in days, next action, and next date; log calls, emails, meetings, outcomes, and ownership in Activity Log. Age days is TODAY minus Last activity. Pipeline Summary counts leads, sums estimated value, counts leads aged more than 14 days, shows the largest owner load, and links its review rows to Leads.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Pipeline Summary fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
Keep sensitive records out of the workbook
Use prospect labels and business context only. Do not store therapy notes, health information, payment data, or account credentials. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
