What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Coaching Pipeline Dashboard, Coaching Opportunities, and Setup. Coaching Pipeline Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Coaching Opportunities is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Coaching Opportunities for client-safe label, program or package, stage, opportunity amount, planning confidence, expected decision date, owner, and next action; use Setup for stages, qualification rules, review cadence, and safety boundaries. Coaching Opportunities calculates weighted forecast in column F as opportunity amount in column D multiplied by confidence in column E, then totals all listed rows in row 17. Coaching Pipeline Dashboard calculates open opportunity count, open opportunity amount, open weighted forecast, and average confidence from rows whose stage is not one of that workbook's terminal stages; average confidence returns zero when no open rows remain. Stage and confidence validation plus attention formatting keep entries reviewable.

Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Coaching Pipeline Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
