What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Administrative Billing Dashboard, Session Billing Register, and Setup. Administrative Billing Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Session Billing Register is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Session Billing Register for description, session or payer-safe code, administrative status, quantity, rate, taxable status, adjustment, tax, line total, paid amount, balance, and next action; keep tax, terms, numbering, approval, and safety rules in Setup. Session Billing Register calculates Amount as Quantity multiplied by Rate, applies the Setup tax rate only to taxable rows, subtracts adjustments to produce each line total, calculates Balance as MAX(Line total-Paid,0), and labels each row Paid or Follow up. Administrative Billing Dashboard totals invoice value, payments, and the aggregate nonnegative balance and counts open lines.
