What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Agent Billing Dashboard, Transaction Service Billing, and Setup. Agent Billing Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Transaction Service Billing is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Transaction Service Billing for description, property or transaction code, transaction milestone, quantity, rate, taxable status, adjustment, tax, line total, paid amount, balance, and next action; keep tax, terms, numbering, approval, and safety rules in Setup. Transaction Service Billing calculates Amount as Quantity multiplied by Rate, applies the Setup tax rate only to taxable rows, subtracts adjustments to produce each line total, calculates Balance as MAX(Line total-Paid,0), and labels each row Paid or Follow up. Agent Billing Dashboard totals invoice value, payments, and the aggregate nonnegative balance and counts open lines.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Agent Billing Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
Keep sensitive records out of the workbook
Administrative billing aid only, not legal or brokerage advice. Keep identities, offers, commission terms, contracts, payment data, and wire details elsewhere. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
