What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Property Billing Dashboard, Owner Charge Register, and Setup. Property Billing Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Owner Charge Register is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Owner Charge Register for description, property or period code, owner charge status, quantity, rate, taxable status, adjustment, tax, line total, paid amount, balance, and next action; keep tax, terms, numbering, approval, and safety rules in Setup. Owner Charge Register calculates Amount as Quantity multiplied by Rate, applies the Setup tax rate only to taxable rows, subtracts adjustments to produce each line total, calculates Balance as MAX(Line total-Paid,0), and labels each row Paid or Follow up. Property Billing Dashboard totals invoice value, payments, and the aggregate nonnegative balance and counts open lines.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Property Billing Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
Keep sensitive records out of the workbook
Use property codes only. Do not enter tenant names, applications, lease documents, access codes, bank details, or maintenance-entry information. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
