What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Photography Billing Dashboard, Session & License Billing, and Setup. Photography Billing Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Session & License Billing is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Session & License Billing for description, session or gallery code, gallery status, quantity, rate, taxable status, adjustment, tax, line total, paid amount, balance, and next action; keep tax, terms, numbering, approval, and safety rules in Setup. Session & License Billing calculates Amount as Quantity multiplied by Rate, applies the Setup tax rate only to taxable rows, subtracts adjustments to produce each line total, calculates Balance as MAX(Line total-Paid,0), and labels each row Paid or Follow up. Photography Billing Dashboard totals invoice value, payments, and the aggregate nonnegative balance and counts open lines.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Photography Billing Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
