What is in this workbook?
This workbook has three sheets: Service Lead Dashboard, Service Leads, and Setup. Service Lead Dashboard is the quick-review surface, Service Leads is the editable working log, and Setup holds supporting inputs, reusable context, or working rules.
How the workflow and formulas work
Use Service Leads for safe job or inquiry ID, service type and general area, source, stage, owner, next action, follow-up date, and estimated value; use Setup for stage definitions, qualification rules, review cadence, and safety boundaries. Service Leads totals all listed estimated value in H17. Service Lead Dashboard calculates open lead count and open estimated value from rows whose stage is not one of that workbook's terminal stages, while its action queue follows the workbook's follow-up rules. Stage validation and attention formatting keep entries reviewable.
How to use it in Griddy
Replace the sample values before sharing, then review the calculated Service Lead Dashboard fields after editing the working log. The workbook includes a dropdown validation resource and a conditional-formatting resource for the relevant review or status fields.
Keep sensitive records out of the workbook
Use safe job IDs and general service areas. Do not enter full addresses, door or gate codes, payment details, or private household notes. This workbook is a planning aid and does not replace accounting, legal, HR, tax, or education-record systems.
